I am logged in on the Pink'un website, yet the app will not allow me to use the same login details!? So, I am uninstalling the app forever. On the website there is no policy criteria to agree to either. I will not let any app have access to the data and functions of any of my devices, because there are genuine apps that don't request them and I use them instead. Devices run faster without agreeing to permissions.
