Decent attempt but terrible results. When ordering online, the app doesn't ask you to confirm your location, it works on a last saved location basis, ordered my drink to a different city, still paid for it though, barista didn't want to make me a coffee. Happened twice, also you still pay for an item that's out of stock, or if the cafe is shut. So the app is pretty good at charging you, however not great at delivering. I messaged customer service, hoping to get a response soon.

This app is ok but for someone like me who orders hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows the app is pointless!. You can only add one topping which means if I order on the app I still have to go into shop and order a topping separate and pay the extra 50p!. How much easier would it be to add a extra topping on app so people like me who like cream and marshmallows on hot chocolate don't have to make 2 ordered just to get a simple hot chocolate with two toppings

I like the interface and layout. One tiny problem: my local Costa doesn't appear as a Nearby Store. I am putting this down to an issue with the app. After ordering via the app's Click & Collect tool, my drink was sent elsewhere and this created an inconvenience. Customer Service were great and responded within a day, offering a full refund.

Same issue as a lot of people. The QR code suddenly just stopped scanning at express machines. Have logged in/out of app, uninstalled and reinstalled, still will not work. I notice Costa haven't even bothered to respond to customers on this!. Have stopped using Costa and go to Greggs instead for my daily coffee.

Extremely slow and unreliable. I managed to successfully order via the app once and it took forever, kept crashing every step of the way. Other times it just wouldn't stop returning error messages. It seems straightforward and intuitive enough and I would love the convenience of preordering, was the app actually usable. 19/06: the OR code has now disappeared from the app.

Love the app. Only thing I'd like to add is the option to add your gift card to the app. I have to carry around the physical card and as I already have my phone in my hand for the QR code to get points, it would be easier to also be able to scan my gift card from within the app too
