We love the app, we downloaded just before we arrived so didn't know about issues booking this as we did that online. It holds all your booked activities and gives you directions around the site to get where you need to go. Gives notifications if your activity is cancelled or changed. It's pretty good considering it doesn't have to exist at all!

This app is impossible to even get to load most of the time. Very temperamental, not a good app at all and leaves you with no confidence in the system

App doesn't work for booking activities. Clearly has a fault. Will not be impressed if we miss out on bookings for our break because the app is faulty!

Very disappointed it does NOT show how many sleeps we have anymore.. That was a very useful function for my special needs grandson.. I also loved to know at a glance. Please put it back! Thank you..

Cannot get to book anything. Pointless sending email to everyone and noone can get on to do.
