Generally, buses when not subject to traffic conditions and roadworks, are on time; they are clean inside and most of the drivers I encounter in my area (Hedge End/Eastleigh/ Southampton) are friendly and helpful. I also appreciate they have a hard job to do with poor road conditions, endless potholes and low overhanging trees! For all that though I like Bluestar's performance and their vastly improved app which is clear and easy to use with a good update inormation on daily travel!

I occasionally use the #1 route and have found the app to be very accurate on bus locations and timing. Has enabled me to catch earlier buses which have been caught in traffic. Useful for planning from door to bus stop as well when in unfamiliar locations, walking time is a moderate pace. Overall good app and good service from Bluestar.

Pointless app. I mostly use this app to find where the buses but that's completely pointless considering that where the buses show on the map could be anywhere from two stops back to five stops ahead. This app takes an absurd amount of data to give pointless information and drains battery life like no one's business. Only consider getting this app if you need the digital tickets.

The app is much better with all great features like tracking bus, nearest bus stop, how far bus from you and any issues or news related to bus, journey or route. But only worries is if there are Internet issues and can not load app than we stuck

The ui is honestly so unintuitive. The only plus side is that you can see the live locations of buses though. Journey planner is awful and tapping on a bus stop only shows me the next hour of departures which is unhelpful.

Still learning to navigate the system....but really enjoying the experience
