This app only pertains to atopic types of eczema. There are 7 types of eczema. Please research before limiting us. I have dishydrotic eczema of the hands and feet and it comes and goes even in my 30s. Asking me about the last week and not offering to store photo evidence is useless to me. I have studied my own disease for all of my adult life, and all any app gives you is atopic dermatitis questions. Instead of "in the last week..." ask "in the last month, 6 months, a year...". And please add a sectuon on other symptoms because atopic eczema follows a trinity. With atopic comes hay fever and asthma. I have atopic dishydrotic eczema with asthma. Otherwise this app doesnt do anything for researxh or for families.

About this app

POEM is an eczema tracker app based on a validated questionnaire which will track how your / your child’s eczema has been over time. There are 7 questions about how often you/your child has experienced symptoms over the last week with the option to note anything important that you want to remember, such as starting or stopping a treatment. By completing the questions once a week, you will get a complete picture of how your / your child’s eczema has been, or you can just fill it in occasionally if you prefer.
Results for the last month, 3 months or the last year are available to view and you can show these to your doctor or nurse when you see them if you wish.
