Exceptionally badly made. Made for only the insiders to understand. No way to insert the to-from address, nor way to know where the routes go unless you first read them on a map and then choose them. Poorly poorly made. Sorry to say it's absolutely useless to the everyday user. If you need a semester course to understand how to use it, it's useless.

I see so many bad comments but what do you really expect, it's free ride and yes they do delay due to traffic or anything which relates to computer errors. The trolly drivers need to scan their card and report of their location every now and then. I've tried the trollies before and i feel for really nothing of a price they seriously are doing good.
