Everything about this service is sh##, they don't know how to make websites or how to make apps. The staff are unfriendly and look like their dog just died, they also feel entitled that they're always right over you. Also try to make your app multilingual! If you're too lazy to not do that then stop the false advertising.

No english option and doesnt show tickets, dreadful app. I go onto Chrome and it is showing me tickets, but cant enter my phone number as 1 digit cant be entered.
