Offline! Never connects to my camera even though I've reset it 50 times and the green light is on, just says is offline and won't connect, waste of money!

Time2 make a pretty good camera and then have an app like this to run it; what are they thinking?! It constantly drains the battery because you can't close the app without disabling it using force stop in the phone settings. It is always disconnecting and the videos playback when they feel like it. It doesn't send videos to my phone, it only sends pictures when it wants to and it never notifies by email, despite putting all the details in, including my email password.. what's that about? Time2 and its customers are being totally let down by this app.

As everyone has said, it is a battery vampire and sucks the life out of it. Another problem I have noticed is the camera feeds show off line or disconnected every time my phone moves from one Wifi to another or to my mobile internet. If you don't notice it and tap the picture to reconnect you aren't really covered. The email notification works once you get the correct settings from Time2 support but I noticed the alarm doesn't always do as the settings are set to, ie, number of pictures. We've had these over a year now and there has been no improvement that I have seen. I was interested in expanding my setup to a further 3 cameras but since I bought them they ceased producing my model and the new models require a totally new app. I won't be doing that I think so they lose further custom by what I believe is short sighted profiteering.

This app is not good at all. Only gave it 2 stars because cameras are good. App drains battery, can often only get 1 camera back online if you lose wifi, you can be waiting 24/48 hours to get both back online. Was advised to connect back to hub with ethernet but at over 60 not happy to keep taking them down.

Constantly running app, so drains the battery of phone, otherwise a good system. The only way to close the app is to "Force Stop" it through app information and settings. This makes the system a very poor choice. DO NOT BUY TIME2
