This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Chula Care on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Can't register in the app, I registered at the hospital using my Thai pink ID card, but when I try to register in the app it says error... I thought with the app being in English it would allow access for foreigner, but apparently not

Still can't change the appointment by yourself. Need to call hospital.

Not Foreigner Friendly 1. Incredibly difficult to find the button to change it to English. It's not on the main screen like most apps have. You have to dig to find it in the side menu. 2. After finding English option, I was unable to register with my passport. It will only let me register with a 13 digit Thai ID, which most foreigners dont have.

very bad. cannt memorize the appointment dates so went through this app to see the dates and there isnt any appointment. cant press appointment button. dont know what is this app for. also cant login as a patient but can as a patient representative.

For the best experience, Chula Care has improved the facial scanning system in the "Important Documents" feature to be more convenient and safer. By the way, you can check and print the receipt by yourself through the application without having to wait in the payment counter.
