I LOVE TAYBLE!!!!!! the promos and discounts reeled me in but the real live
human support from Henry and Ben got me hooked. They are secretly comedians
in their downtime!! That makes all app bugs forgivable but the cherry on
top: they respond to suggestions for better UI experience so fast. Within a
week of asking they added the support chat tab into the left sidebar, and
also added an edit order option within 3-4 days. They're like a genie in a
lamp, they grant all your wishes 🤣 I even got a special shoutout from Ben
in the app update raps on iOS. Like royalty. 😎

I use this app when I'm at uni, and most (if not all) cafes there are aware
of the Tayble orders. I've had a few issues where my order was forgotten or
had some discrepancies with the time of ordering, but I always message the
people on the app and I always get my refund or a coupon. Customer service
is fantastic!

The app itself is good and easy to use; but its thoroughly disappointing
and inconvenient that I can't add PayPal as a payment method. EDIT: Yes the
rating would be 5 if PayPal were a payment option.

I went to Moo Gourmet Burgers in Bondi Beach. Made my order. They never got
it so the asked me to do it again, I did, although this time I couldn't use
the promo code because it was been already used. They still didn't get the
order so finally they made me order regularly (without using the app). At
the end of the day I have two Table charges, one restaurant charge, no
promo discount and a 20' delay in my order. Good job!

We tried to use the app at a place in Bondi. Were attracted by a 25%
discount offered, downloaded the app and placed the order, but the app
charged us twice without even putting the order through to the counter.
Very annoying for a hungry group of people
