There are so many great traders on the platform and a grand vision for the app but the handling of bugs associated with the trading app is less impressive. Especially when it loses traders money on trades that run like java memory leaks. Leader close trades and follower trades remain open due to bugs. Update: I asked for the proof of the trade ID open and close times which I am yet to get after 2 months. Just a statement similar to the one you just gave (Don't worry, We checked, it's fine.)

Seriously easy to put money into. Stressful to get it out with surcharge of 5.00. Haven't been able to trade properly because i only get calls to add money to my account. Still waiting for that call back. Potential to be a good app. Reconsider the amount charged for small withdrawals. Its ridiculous. Lots of lagging and auto trading is very complicated. Dont be fooled. Only use if ypu can afford to take full loses.

Great experience so far. Have a call with your account manager to decide your options. I suggest a minimum of £5k deposit possibly more. Find a good 98% profit autocopier and start low. My account manager has been so helpful! Even messaging me out of hours at times if need be. The education system they have is great. On the Gold level VIP you get 4 sessions a month with a financial advisor to assist your learning of trading and financial markets. Great system but users need to do research!!

Losed money due to bug was told I would get a refund then never got a refund. BE CAREFULL IF YOU USE THIS APP ITS REALLY BUGGY NOT SURPRISING THE RATING IS TANKING

Feels like being robbed. Many hidden taxes, buggy copy trading, buggy display of available balance. Separate bank account verification necessary for withdrawal (takes one month), annoying notifications. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
