The stretching is good. Easy to understand and follow. The ad are ok. But they are appearing during the 10 sec break so hard to catch the ad clearly. If something is interesting, cannot go bad to find the ad.

Been premium member (small fee) for quite some time, I have my own streches and times pre set for when I want them and mix it up now and again with some set programs. Great little app and also use other apps by same creator's 👍
