I ordered a key card and had high hopes but I should have known better. Purchased a return ticket through the app and it said my card was declined but it wasn't and I've been charged for it. I got an email with a ticket machine collection reference so the transaction obviously went through but cannot load the ticket onto my key card and it says no tickets found which defeats the purpose of it. Rubbish.

Constantly logs me out and when I try to go to the Manage My Tickets page it takes me to the Plan A Journey page. Doesn't always default to the cheapest price for a ticket so you need to know what you're doing when purchasing.

Complete rubbish doesn't work with key not very smart card. So you still have to collect ticket. Any chance you could come into 21st century? It transpires you cannot use key card for period returns. No plans to do so nor to adopt etickets! Still less than one star!

Having been very critical of previous app, I've tried using this app with the key and had no problems at all, Works every time, Easy to use and runs smoothly, No complaints from me, Hopefully this will continue.

Absolute garbage. Never works. You cannot load a ticket onto the plastic thing and it crashed every 3 seconds. Shocking

Awful. Frequently says inactive for 30 mins and logged out when not the case. Many issues loading ticket to the plastic card ticket.
