Aplikácia IBD diár slúži ako osobný asistent pre pacientov trpiacich Crohnovou chorobou alebo Ulceróznou kolitídou. Jednoduchou formou umožňuje sledovať a priebežne zaznamenávať pacientom ich zdravotný stav. Zaznamenávaním údajov aplikácia automaticky vyhodnocuje aktuálny zdravotný stav pacienta a dodatočnými informáciami napomáha pri zvládaní choroby.

Pomocou kalendára máte všetky Vaše záznamy vždy k dispozícií. Ku všetkým udalostiam sa viete kedykoľvek jednoducho vrátiť až do ďalekej histórie. Aplikácia Vám tiež bude notifikáciami pripomínať udalosti, ktoré ešte iba nastanú - napríklad nasledujúce vyšetrenie u doktora.

Aplikácia automaticky vytvára prehľadné štatistiky z Vami zaznamenávaných údajov. Dokáže sledovať, vyhodnocovať a zobrazovať štatistiky napríklad o histórii Vašej váhy, dĺžke spánku alebo počte stolíc. Štatistiky sú dostupné na dennej, týždennej, mesačnej alebo ročnej báze. Samozrejme sa viete kedykoľvek dostať aj do celkovej histórie všetkých Vašich záznamov.

Prostredníctvom vypĺňania dotazníkov aplikácia dokáže priebežne vyhodnocovať Váš aktuálny zdravotný stav. Okrem toho si môžete do aplikácie zaznamenávať termíny a výsledky vyšetrení, odberov, dátumy relapsu / remisie, hospitalizácií alebo operácií.
