I just purchased this app and when I try to open it say activate with a mac address when I go on the site and type the mac it say already activated I can never open it so I understand the low rating It's a scam

I have purchased the software via his website by entering my MAC address and paying directly from my account via link, but he says he does not get the money and can not follow, he needs paypal payment. I have sent him the payment details etc. but he rejects to activate. I will never recommend to shop, I am cheated.
