Nope just keep a notebook. There is no way to reset your password. And once you log out, even when entering correct logon info, you get the login error message. Not worth the trouble

It says I have an existing account, though I don't remember creating it. There is no way to reset my password for this so-called existing account, thus I can't get into it. I'm very interested in using it, but I can't.

I downloaded this hoping it would be helpful for my own dog and also to
recommend to patients with my hospice business. It keeps saying I have an
existing account even though I have not registered. I cannot even get into
the app. Extremely disappointing.
