I bought a ticket using swish, the payment went through, and then I put the app in background. Two minutes later when the bus arrived, I opened the app again but the ticket was gone. I tried explaining to the driver what happened but he got angry at me. So I had to buy an other ticket. Five minutes later I got a refund for the first payment from swish, but I still had to deal with the driver yelling at me. This has happened twice to me now!
