Since last few days, the train timings and platform numbers are not displayed accurately. Thrice in last week, I had to change platforms in a hurrry after the app displayed wrong information. Even today, it is not showing information for the train timings and platforms correctly. Please fix this.

Suddenly the payment by card function is no longer working. Card company asks for MM/YY, says it's done and then does not continu to issue the ticket. Re-installing, resubmitting CC details and different card does not make a difference. What happened to a well-functioning app?

My only complaint is that there is no smooth transition from your itinerary to your active ticket. Far superior to the new app, which is a complete nightmare!

Stopped working when updated to Oreo. Critical fix needed, specifically when other application is inferior in function, and I use it for digital tickets
