Even though I have the newest version of the app it was impossible to purchase a ticket! Neither of the payments method works! But doesn't allow to pay directly there so I needed to go to the web page to fix it. Bad experience!

Beware purchasing the 10 trips option. Tried to use the ticket on my second trip and the driver told me the ticket had already been used, after showing the app she still refused and told me to purchase another ticket. On the app the number of available tickets decreased by 1 so I was double charged for this trip. Just stick to buying single tickets

Really amateurish looking app for such a big company. Very messy and anti-intuitive in use. Also lacks some very important information, for example when you buy the tickets you can't check in-app how long they will be valid.

Do not buy ticket with app. Irresponsible company, they do not send tickets, but takes money. If you complain, after a long time you get the answare that ticket already provided. I had paid 2 times for the same ticket but still couldnt get my money back.

I wish I had read warning to S8 users. Clearly new version of app is not compatible with Samsung phones. What a joke. This app was perfect for 10 years. Watch out. Somebody really screwed up w update.

Bought a ticket using this app. Price was debited from my PayPal account but didn't get the ticket. Had to get another ticket so I have now paid twice for the ticket to Stockholm city from Arlanda....
