Worthless company, with completely incompetent customer service. They'll do everything in their power to trick you into NOT returning a faulty product (while asking you to "wait for updates") until the return policy is no longer valid. No matter how many times you call their support and send back the product, they'll keep returning it to you and pretent like there's been some type of "misunderstanding".

The support takes over one hour when they clearly say 40-50 min and after all the waiting when I get in contact with support sometimes it hangs up or I don't get my issue resolved. They even changed the price from 145 kr/m to 175 kr/m without my permission and there is nowhere for me to be able to change it. If this lasts longer, I will quit. In a simplified way, this company is a big SCAM!

I'd like to see that you are able and willing to help out with inlogg and be able to stay inlogged! it never work(nor widget for the same reason) ;how difficult it is to fix the problem? years and years pass on, the app still has the same error /problem. why's that? ps Nowadays it does. awesome jobb, tele2💪👍

With every update this is becoming a nightmare. There is no English version for those who are visiting and don't speak Swedish. You cannot add credit with a card from outside Sweden, no customer help, simply avoid this company!!!!

Stopped working after latest update. Was working fine when update was forced upon me, now I get an unhelpful "Unspecified error" trying to enter phone number into app. Why wasn't settings transferred from old install. Infuriating.
