If you have a need to change a flight you will experience a very SLOW low quality SERVICE. They were answering me so long time, whole week I was trying to change my ticket, I did so many requests, until it became impossible to change a ticket! I need to cancel now, and they give me a link for cancellation that is not working! I never use this service again! Highly not recommended! I'm loosing money.

I did change flight request and till now there aren't any answer from trip side. Hope they can read that cause i will do an international court for them.
