Worst app ever. It takes several times to log into it. CCTV works drastically slow. Furthermore when I tried to call the contact center, they could not give me any serous consultation.

Смс для регистрации не приходят, страницы регистрации не работают, поддержка бросает трубку не решив проблему и за все это начисляют 170 рублей в месяц.

Урезали функционал, устройства постоянно перегорают или самопроизвольно выключаются. Буду переходить на aqara

Приложение вылетает случайным образом. При добавлении устройства - ошибка серийного номера. В юджин прекрасно об этом знают, но делают удивленный вид, будто это впервые и они не виноваты. Приложение вылетает при попытке посмотреть статистику по температуре. Очень некачественное, низкосортное, слабое приложение. Заставляет меня стыдиться и краснеть, когда показываю друзьям управление умным домом. Многие соседи сразу снесли у себя эти устройства, а я оставил. Оказалось - ЗРЯ, надо было выбросить!
