its more of a gallery of rings and ideas rather than an app that lets you design rings. Furthermore, the "developer" / person(/s) responding to reviews seems defensive, instead of taking honest feedback. Perhaps they should investigate the keywords that lead people to download their app and make appropriate changes.

Doesn't allow you to design your own ring. It's just a list of already designed rings.
