This app ran great and was very convenient for our smart lock and other smart home devices however I was recently kicked out of my account and am now unable to unlock my own front door to my house without assistance from customer service, who has been no help whatsoever in actually finding a solution to the issue. The simple fact that this is possible is why this app is a one star and that to me is a bit generous.
