After the last update to the app the map does not appear to be charging completely no mater how much you wait, which makes it difficult to select the address in order to call a taxi. Too bad! The app was a great way to speak directly with the driver in order to make sure that the car is coming. Through dispatch I had the unpleasant situation to wait in the rain with a baby pushchair for a taxi that never came. The app gives the driver the chance to select if they will accept your ride request.

This app looks and behaves like it was made by some high school students 1 day before presenting. Take a look at some other apps and get some inspiration on how to design apps. The most annoying thing about this crappy app is that it just keeps working in the background even though it gets closed, consuming battery.

the app is closing all my orders 1 min before they arrive and I receice penalties from drivers. I don't know what happened after the last update but the app is unusable at this point.

Aplicatie de cacat. Am facut comanda la 3 curse prin aplicatie din care in 2 am luat penalty fara vre-un motiv. Doar presupun ca daca nu te place soferul de taxi iti va da penalty. Daca nu lasi tips la fel, daca se duce pe unde ai zis tu si e aglomerat la fel. La 5 penalty primesc remove de pe aplicatie sau ceva de genul. Folosesc cat mai pot si vreau aplicatia si trec pe uber. Taximetristii astia fac tot posibilul sa te injoseasca.
