This is an update of my rating and comment: the issue has been resolved.i was issued a new ticket because Elias was always following up and calling my boyfriend for an update.He has a sense of accountability. We were given a runaround before it gets resolved and it took more than a week. Avion you are the crappiest of all the booking agencies! You have the worst customer service!you cancelled my flight when you know the fact that its almost my schedule to fly. Worst you cant give us an option,you cant find another route with a different date! This is unacceptable and i cant believe you e ever existed!i will file a legal complaint and sue your company. I will be spreading this on social media until no one will ever book from you again!you suggested a refund but it will be added within 30 days.are you kidding me?I know how this industry works so dont give us any excuses!if you want us to book another flight then refund right away.if you cant refund real time, you book another flight,another route!we dont need apologies, we need solutions as my schedule to fly is fast approaching and this has been almost 2 weeks now, still no solution from your side! You should be banned!resolve this!
