The app connects flawlessly with the thermometer. My only gripe is I lose the graph after 2 hours. I can't seem to find a way to get more than 2 hours for my smoker.

I've had this temperature meter and probe for about a year and it's the best one I've ever owned. I love it! Probes and meter are well constructed and seem very durable. You can still read the meter display in bright sunshine. I have used all six probes at once several times and it worked great. I would like to be able to review all probes in one graph as one of the display options. Also the app will drop all of the graphs history from the start of the cooking if your phone goes to sleep.

I couldn't get the device to pair with my phone and nobody answered the support line. Solved the issue by allowing it to access my location

Use this device all the time when doing long smokes, when i first started using the device there was a variance in temperature between probes. And being bluetooth the device keeps disconnecting from my phone therefore i lose the graphs. The device does work but has some issues.

It connects with my Galaxy S8 with no issue. But the alarm is SO LOUD!! The first time, we confused it with the smoke detector. Any way to change our customize it without just turning it off would be nice.

The app is junk, the thermometer is junk. Lasted 3 uses, and temps were never correct. What a waste of money.
