Since I started to use this app it was good. But now I had face withdrawal issue and they hold my money for long time still I didn't get money it's been more than 10 days. I reported already but still waiting my money And recently I was trying to pay bill by Ooredoo money card and it's declined with the message Do not honor. I don't know what is the problem and sadly I left my necessary food and many more items.

Worst App & Service by Ooredoo Friends dont fall into this trap. I transfered cash in Ooredoo wallet on 05/10/2023 and tried to make a International transfer however it kept failing with error messages. Contacted Ooredoo via whatsapp but they are only giving assurances that the issue will be resolved soon. Now my cash is stuck in Ooredoo wallet.
