Bad app, Awful or non existent customer support. While staying in Germany last month, put down an order in a restaurant and immediately after finalising it, noticed that on the little toggle said I was making a pickup order instead of a delivery. First of all, It's so easy to not notice this on the appBut the worst part came after that. Immediately after putting down my order, went to search for a way to change my order from pick to delivery and there was only two options. Send a email to customer support, or call the restaurant. First tried to call the restaurant, but because I was a foreigner in germany only talking english, the restaurant didn’t understood a single word what I was trying to say and hang up after 10s. Then the only option, was to send a email. It's unbelievable that a delivery app only have customer support by mail. Off course I wrote down my problem and the only response I got was a automatic email saying there was a surge of emails so the answer was going to take longer than usual.. Until today, after a month, that was the only answer I got. Result, lost my money. If the same thing happened on Uber eats or Glovo it would be so easy to solve but because of your bad app and awful customer service you provided, ended up loosing my money and probably my food was thrown away.

This is the fastest I ever have to review my own review! I have the ap for about an hour only and got already as stressed as I was with Glovo after using it for over a year prior to deleting it... Two orders cancelled in less than 10 minutes, in one of them the restaurant called to say is not getting paid by the platform, so could not deliver my order. As embarrassing as it could be! So far, I was not refunded for any of the orders.

Worst food delivery app. Waited one our for delivery of food worth ever getting any! Made two orders, none went through. First one was for a restuarent that was closed, but was not informed that was closed. Second order was cancelled after 20 minuttes

i love the service and that they're consciously minded. the app is good but good use some slight improvements (better and more flexible filtering), but its just as functional as the others!

So damn Better than other apps, the food arrived hot plus I have the option on no delivery fee..oh my god in love with this app!!!!

Some restaurants ask if you want a change or add something but there is no option to say no, price increases when you don't want to choose.
