It's a good app there are a few changes I can suggest. 1. Drivers should see the riders info to make informed decisions. 2. No new calls until the current trip is completed after all your trip cost and rating is being done while you are missing incoming calls. 3. Customizable ringtone. 4.the map needs to rotate maintaining orientation helps with the turn by turn. 5. The app needs to support landscape mode. Paying commissions needs to get easier too. Just saying.

Easiest and best app to use if you are a newbie to Uber driving. Support is also very helpful in providing information that would enhance the driving experience for both you and your customers. User interface is pretty standard but basic to use. It also incorporates waze so as to help drivers in finding customer's locations more efficiently. Good app from Trini man.

I appreciate the fact we as the drivers work at our own time , however, there are times customers keep calling for a pick up , an it may have one driver great distance away, even though the customer is willing to wait for the pickup, I think additional cost should be added. because we are leaving one point to go on a pickup which may take 15 -20 minutes arrival for the customer...

I've been using this app for about 2 months, good so far but the means of paying the commissions are a bit tedious tho. It is mandatory that the rider sees the driver, I think the driver must also see the rider, we need to be safe also and know who we are picking up.

This is the best app if you want to make cash BUT NOT ON YOUR TIME!!! The CSR's are the worst, acting like they are gods and drivers are beggars if you don't take all the rides that show up, even in hot spot areas. I have a 5series BMW msport and was told my rating of 4.7 out of 5 was deplorable and my premium status was revoked because I told the csr I was choosing rides wisely (including saving gas & locations) as my car attracts alot of att. not always good in some areas. Very disappointed 🤢
