The service has been good so far but the functions for adding drop points is still faulty and none of the stops I selected came up for the driver to see resulting in us going in the opposite direction of one of the stops. While it is not the driver's fault at all I am very sure the distance and time of the error would cause an increase in the charge. I'm sure the amount would have been small but you all need to get this fixed.

I've been using this app for almost two years for various purposes and I'm always pleased. I was VERY VERY skeptical about it when I was first made aware that it existed but I soon decided to give it a chance. The drivers are courteous, some talk some don't but they are always on time. A couple of them helped me with my groceries; One of them even helped me carry my groceries to my mother's front door. This app is wonderful and I feel so much safer. No problems with my app so far. Thank you.

There are people actively trying to take down these rideshare apps but they are necessary and thus far, this particular one has been safe and affordable. Not to mention, they offer you the ability to share important data about your ride to other contacts.

This app isn't dependable.Any time after 10 u could forget about getting a ride when u need to and the verification process is really bad It took me the entire time I had this app to get it verified and only after i un-installed and re-installed it like 3 times it got verified and then after waitin to be verified no more cars in the area hope u cud do better ttrs
