Terrible service, late arrivals!!! A NO GO!!!

Requested a ride, driver accepts and is en-route to pick me up. Suddenly goes in a direction off where I was located and called to check if things are cool and he simply tells me he has accepted another trip on Uber that came after my request and that I must wait till he completes that trip. DISGUSTING service

This is a waste of time, don't even think of downloading this nonsense app: Everytime you request a ride from anywhere, they tell you "sorry we do not have a driver available in this area at this moment. please try again later..." if you can't handle something, leave it to those who can.
