I bought 2 tickets worth 76,322 ₽ and i recieved the mail from company on 13th March 2020 that my tickets had been cancelled that's it, no information about refund and I mailed the many times regarding my refund but till this date I didn't received my refund and now they simply say we can give you coupon but not your money and some of my fellow friends do recieved the refund and I'm still waiting.... the worest airlines i ever seen , if you travelling charter low chance to register online for bording , if you got chance to register and choose your place , you got on the on tje bording ticket another places !!!!!!
