When you set your wish rate alert, you can choose between 2 options, either you will receive an alert when the current exchange rate is greater than or equal to your wish rate or when it is less than or equal to your wish rate.

Once it will find out that the current exchange rate matches your wish then you will receive a notification informing you that your wish rate is now possible !

Moreover you can anytime enable and disable your wish rate alert, you must know this one will deactivate automatically itself when you receive your notification and you can of course reactivate it anytime if you still want to monitor the rate with your new wish rate which you can change its value with another value.
