At begin of 2023 the app worked fine, but now it does not work correctly. You can find your tickets via manage booking, but you can't add the trip because there the app can't find it. Also there are problems with online check-in via the app and even with boarding passes... The bugs appeared months age, but they still not fixed the bugs after lot of updates. Guys, it's a basic functionally for the app. Please make it work!

I recently booked a return flight with LOT Polish Airlines from Berlin to Krakow. Unfortunately, due to train delay, I missed my outbound flight. In a humbling moment, I received an email from LOT Polish Airlines, canceling all future flights, including my return to Berlin. As a student facing financial hardship, I reached out with a humble request for understanding and assistance to reschedule. However, my plea was declined, leaving me stranded in Poland. This experience was deeply frustrating

App doesn't save your flight info if you're a guest and used it to check in. Had to kill the app twice because the website in the WebView through I was a bot. I got my boarding pass in my email as PDF, but the app couldn't generate Google Wallet pass and told me to get it on the airport?! "Document not available – please collect it at the airport" Also tried iOS and didn't get Apple Wallet pass. EDIT: Useless, won't show you gate or boarding time, but Google somehow knows that

The app seems to stop working when I clicked on chek-in every time. After I checked-in online via web browser still wants me to check-in, no option to see my boarding pass. No success in downloading the free digital press either. Flight status works though

I try to add additional baggage to my reservation in my account. When I click on "Manage my booking" it doesn't redirect me to another page, I've got an error "Webpage not available. ERR_CLEARTEXT_NOT_PERMITTED". There are a lot of bugs on your application, please fix it 🙏

stupid application change the date for my booking and there is no support to help ... i pay again to change the date of the ticket
