So far, the app was really good! The ui was pretty easy to use. The app lets you order pretty easily as well! The thing that made me drop to 2 stars is that whenever I press "Order Now" or "Order Later" the app says "time not available"... I tried the changing the dates and everything but I still get the same results... I'm looking forward for Shakey's to resolve this issue so I can give this app 5 stars!!! 😞

Love this app! The menu is extensive, making it easy to find my favorite options. The seamless Gcredit integration adds a convenient touch to the payment process, making transactions quick and hassle-free. Keep up the great work!

You put up a lot of drinks and pasta options in the app menu, and it even has it's own section but all of them are not available! You annoyed me even before I placed the order that I almost gave up placing it!!

it wouldn't let me add my PWD ID details. also, after i placed my order, instead of showing me a confirmation, the app told me that my cart was empty. but when i checked the tracker, my order actually went through.

Useless apps, it says i have one time free welcome pizza for the supercard classic i have as benefits. & It says to claim it (with a minimum purchase of course). then when we viisited the store with my friend,they told us im not eligible since i got the free supercard from previous purchase.. please update your apps & dont give false information. You encourage customer to visit the store buy giving false information in the apps, it's not a good marketing strategy

So far, one of the best food app in terms of user interface experience. I had a great experience but it could have been better if there was a real-time update of the delivery rider (map location sharing) and a means to contact the rider within the app. Will give 5 stars if these will be included in the next update. Thank you!
