I've already use this apps for almost a months and I like it. But when I logout my account and re login again my password is not match to my number so I try to forgot password and wait the OTP Code to be sent but its always direct me to Home Page and saying that my "account session expired please re-login" How can I re-login if I can't have a new password.

Cant complete the registration ,it always tells me that my number was taken already. I tried to use the forget password option and it says that number was not registered . This app sucks!!!!!!

1.)Can't use offline. 2.) the QR code was frequently not shown by the app. 3.) OTP takes too long to be sent. 4.) There's a lot of bugs. 5.) The app don't support a homescreen widget so everytime you need the QRcode, you need to open the app first. 6.) The number of Characters that can be put in the Address section seems to be insufficient. Please, try to fix those Issues!

Can't register. If i will request multiple times for an OTP, the more it will congest the server causing it not to work properly. Whoever the developer of this app is, I hope you are reading the comments, you should work on it a.s.a.p. if this is scheduled for a national implementation. You cannot do a dry run if your app is not working properly. Please do your job because we are also trying to do our part in registering.

I installed this app few weeks ago. That time, this app was really a flop because of the OTP issue. But, then we tried to register again today and I can say that the process was quite smooth and successful this time around. Hoping next update we can edit our profile in the maximum extent most especially the name.

Not very helpful. 1. OTP takes too long to arrive 2. It does not recognize the post/zip code on the address part hence can't proceed with the registration. (Tried to open and close the app multiple times, same issue persist). We are hoping this will be fixed as soon as possible since the municipality is requiring this Qr code.
