With over a billion dollars in advertising you can afford to beef up your servers, it's still way to long too load. Way too many audio interrupting and loud advertisements in between entries. Also when you try to opt out, you get sent to a third party. Since they're on YOUR site, we should be able to do it through the site. Again WAY TOO MANY adverts between spins in the slots tournament, and way to long to add up scoring. I'm a VIP red diamond player. Would give negative stars if possible

Glad to have an app for this instead of the old mailers. Much better! Would be nice to have a spot on menu to view winnings. Also, would be nice to be able to setup direct deposit to an account for winnings, instead of waiting for them to arrive in the mail where they can get lost... and without knowing you won, you'd never know. *Edit*more and more adds, less and less wins. Becoming one of those fake earner apps. Literally did all entries every day for a year and won nothing.

I'm starting to get really frustrated with it. I just went through 2 whole sets of the sweepstakes, all those videos and then the app froze and I lost 13,000k of entries. If this keeps happening, I'm going to stop playing because now I'm just wasting my time if I can't even even get my entries in by playing. And I also noticed that only people in certain states keep winning over and over again. I have never seen anyone win in my state or barely even any Eastern states at all. ???

I love what PCH stands for. I don't mind watching ads, It keeps the app free. The only problem I have with this app is, it hardly ever loads, doesn't matter if I use WIFI or 4G. It lags severely, and I can't figure out how to add my Apt# to my address, within the app, or otherwise. What if I win? Will they find me? ( Wishful Thinkin') lol.

Love the app, I have to turn the volume off, don't care for that annoying noise,it's sounds like a (haunted crane)when it's in the process of coming on! Tried uninstalling,then reinstalling! Yet the haunted crane is still sounding off! Keep my volume off now,but I've not been able to play for awhile,get kicked out or it freezes up! Lately, I've gotten to play a little,it's really annoying, though I Love pch! This is an addition from 10/2020.My every 1or 2 in 10 times I try,it's FREEZES UP,WHY?

I love playing PCH ! It's my favorite app on my phone. I play it everyday! I edited my review because the PCH APP doesn't work like it use to. It stops giving me double alerts when I ought to be getting them. Also at the top of my screen on my phone it shows that I have something when I tap on it, I don't get what I'm suppose to, it doesn't give me anything. The PCH. Com works without any problems. I've cleared my cookies and cache on the PCH APP, installed and reinstalled and still problems.
