It took probably 10 minutes between setting up my account until I was video chatting with a physician. He prescribed medication to the pharmacy I listed. Never had to leave my bed. Totally worth $49.

App works great. No issues with its use. Typically a Dr is available with little wait. You pay $49 for a doctor to answer the phone. If they determine you need to be seen in person you still pay $49. The process isnt clear prior to use. App could use some basic "what to expect", clear no differentiation between visit and consultation, and "what can be seen" to give the user an idea rather than a shot in the dark for $50.

I spent 36 hours in a 48 hour period on this app in ques trying to see a medical professional. Understandably there is a wait as there was constantly an average of 14 patients on all doctors but I would get down to being the next patient and the app would time out. This happened on 11 different doctors. Absurd. If someone texts you, calls you, it times out and will not notify you till YOU cancle the que. Turning do not disturb on did not help either. Do not reccomend.

When I get sick, I usually call my PCP for an appointment. This typically means an appointment later in the day and extended time in the waiting room BEFORE actually seeing my beloved physician. No love lost for my PCP, but my experience with WellStar On was FABULOUS. After I finished putting in my health/payment info, from wait to finish only took about 15-20 minutes (and there was a patient ahead of me!). Dr. Craig Thomas was very personable and professional. I definitely recommend!
