This was such an easy, smooth and fast experience. I used this option so I didn't have to bring my two young kids into a doctor's office with me. I will definitely use it again. The doctor was very helpful and the appt went great. The only issue was the video wasn't working on his end, he had to call me instead. But that's an app issue, not a doctor issue. That's the only reason I am not giving it five stars.
