So uh, hey there.... Any way or option to switch back to the old app layout, that *isn't* the weird circular bubble layout, the old layout you display on your app preview images respectively? I'm probably just overreacting, but I really liked the old traditional one before. This new layout might be good for older people or those who have difficulty seeing things, but outside of that.... This makes me shudder in "nit-picky app designer." Is an option to pick between layouts feasible?

I have used the app in the past when a computer set up problem almost caused me to miss a televisit and liked it...though one thing I found difficult was that during the session the app seemed to take over my phone and for the life of me I could not find a way to put my doctor on speaker which made her really, really difficult to hear but that could have been my tech incompetence or my Google Pixel 2 being itself, it is getting on in years. However, what I wanted to comment about was the feature I ran into this last week. I was told I could check in from the parking lot, which would be more social distancing == great! So when I went to set that up on the app it wanted permission to access location services. I tapped 'when using the app' because that should have been adequate. But the app wanted to have permission to use location services all the time. Why does my medical app need to know where I am all the time? Ahm...no thanks. So I won't be using that feature at all until something is done about that. I'm tired of apps asking for more permissions than they seem like they should need without explanations for why this would be necessary. Addendum 5/25/21 per developer's response: I apologize for my apparent lack of clarity. I was very aware that I could tap 'I am here' once I had arrived. I did this. The next thing the app does is request permission to use location services, and if it is refused full permission, I could proceed no further. With reference to the privacy concerns stated above, that is why I declined to pursue the use of the app because your app only needs to know where I am at when I am in your parking lot, not all the rest of the time, and it is more work than I am willing to do to give it that unbridled permission then turn around and disable it just so I can check in by using a phone instead of walking into the building as I have done all my life. In short, this feature is useless to me in its present incarnation. Thank you, though, for making sure that I knew to tap the 'I am here' button.

The app used to allow me to see a history of past lab dates as a comparison. When I had to re-download the app now it only shows the long list of labs with no options to compare. Disappointing. Also, can't book a Sutter lab appt. Frustrating. Review Edited 6/1/21: Evidently, your system was on the fritz. It went back to normal a few days later. So glad for that! Review Edited 6/4/21 However no where to schedule a lab appt.

The recent app updates removed key health reminder info, specifically lab test orders. Tech support redirects you to the mobile web site to get this info, where it shows up on your home page, and where the full list of info is blocked by news blurbs. Selecting the menu to see the full page takes you to an unreadable text table. This table is difficult to navigate when you zoom in large enoug to read, you then can't see which tests the descriptions are tied to. Bad user design.

Needs to be updated immediately, I haven't been able to login in weeks. Every time I log in it takes me right back to home page every time

Even after checking Remember on the login page, it wipes out the password, requiring reentry. With a complex password, reentry is a pain, particularly on a phone's chiclet keyboard. Fortunately fingerprint login works.
