About this app

The Kituoni App was developed in collaboration with Jhpiego for the USAID Boresha Afya project in Tanzania's Lake and Western Zone. This app is used by health facility workers to register any clients not registered in the community and to close referrals for child health,antenatal care (ANC), postnatal care (PNC), family planning, and malaria services in the community.
