I used the app to send gift donation and after I entered credit card details and hit send, I got error message asking to try again and so I tried 5 more times and each time same error asking to try again. I gave up and checked my card and found I had been charged 5 times. This is misleading and I dont like that I ended up donating 5 times more than I had intended. It's a great cause but this still is unacceptable. Please fix the app.

I hate the latest version. I find it very difficult to navigate compared to the last version. If you try to make it rewards-based by having teams (now challenges and sharing with social media, etc..., you're going to have to do better than this UI. This version actually discourages me from donating because it's frustrating to play. I find the challenges really miserable. I either have to create one or go with whatever is featured. I can't even search for one.

App is working really well. Charity orgs should have apps like this. It also provides an option to share 1 meal until it reaches a thousand... anyone can donate. No fuss, no personal information. It processes payments/donation thru cash cards/debit cards without a glitch. I hope you can add more payment options in the future too so that more people can help. Keep up the good work.

Love how well designed and simple the app is. Made a small donation within a minute of setting up. Decided to try the subscription donation service and felt connected to the countries in need of help by reading the Humanitarian Guide - short read on who you are helping (mine was helping the Nigerians!) Kudos to the team behind this app. Keep it up!!

I just want to be sure if my money is really being useful for the purpose I donate to. The app just says that the food is on its way, which is good- appreciate it. But it could give more information about in which place was it used and on which day-it would really add satisfaction to what I'm doing. Please let us know- it's a request

I installed the app over a year ago. Payments through some cards won't go through. I'm from India, I just tried using another card and it was a success. I randomly came upon this app through a YouTube ad. I felt like this was such a great idea, since we can reach out to people around the world. Thanks to WFP for making this happen.
