Way far and above the worst app I have ever tried to use. In the last few months I made 8 reports. 3 are still open, 1 for the last 7 days. Only 1 of the requests has a reply. There is no way to follow up on a request for status. There is no way to cancel or mark a request as closed. I am not sure if my requests are actually improving anything or if the closed requested are closed because already scheduled tasks by the city took care of it and would have happened without my doing anything.

Tried again after a previous try 3-4 years ago. Still sucks. I tried typing in the correct address but the dumb program kept changing it to one neighbor or the other. I'll call 311 (followed by prompts 1,3,2) as usual.

I can't upload a photo on a request. I can only take a photo through the app. I am using a Google Pixel 3 on Android 10 with the latest SF311 app update.

This app was not very good at best now with the update it completely erased all your current requests. And now you have to register
