This app does not represent the actual situation. It will send a "baggage on belt" message x minutes after landing, if in reality the plane is still waiting to get connected to the gate due to technical issues. This makes the app useless if something unexpected happens and this is exactly where an app like this should be beneficial.

This app does everything you want it to do, and nothing else. It gives you security wait times, flight change information for arrivals and departures, and gate information without cluttering the app with unnecessary information and adds. An absolute must have for people flying in and out of Schiphol.

Very big and clean airport. Very helpful and professional staff around to answer your questions. Toilets are clean and big, and enough security and staff around to make you feel safe when travelling alone. It amazes me every time how friendly & professional staff is compared to other airports. Can't rave enough about this airport!

the flight time updates of this application are not getting through. Schiphol as one of the more expensive airports in price and airport taxes should have a decent working app for their times. airline travel is already tiresome, these things should work in 21st century with an established brand as Schiphol.

Not understood: what's the point of an app that redirects to internet pages that have to be viewed in a browser? An alert for strong winds: "Check schiphol.nl for more information". For shopping, I have to view in browser.... I can just make a shortcut to Schiphol.nl

I have been traveling a lot in the last three months and I've used dozens of travel and airport apps and this is by far the best airport app I've used. I almost never leave reviews but this app deserves it. Great job!
