Doesn't work at all for me anymore. I keep getting a message saying my app is locked. Waiting for a service call to try to figure this out. Gone to settings...frustrating.

App mostly works very well for single fares, but You have to call Metro Treasury if you change phones. The Day Pass doesn't work like the Q Card Day Pass, which costs $1.25 for each of the first 2 three-hour periods, then just 50 cents until 2:00AM the next day: the app should implement this AUTOMATICALLY: once a rider has used 2 tickets in a day, the third ticket used should cost 50 cents and expire at 2:00AM the next (or same day if used after 12:00AM). App doesn't support senior fares.

Don't bother with this app if you ever have to ride park & ride. A standard physical day pass will work on all rides for $3 the entire day. On this app if you purchase a day pass and try to use it on anything besides regular buses, you will be told you have to purchase an additional ticket. Also keep in mind that any tickets you purchased do not transfer over. So if you upgrade your phone, break your phone, accidentally delete the app, etc ALL purchased tickets will be deleted and unrecoverable. It gets one extra star for the potential, but again compared to transit in other cities Metro falls way behind.

I really liked this app at 1st. It was convenient. Would automatically load free rides as well but 1 day out of the blue it started crashing upon opening and couldn't be used. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work! WHAT WORKED WAS USING THE APP IN AIRPLANE MODE (AND WITH WIFI IN AIRPLANE MODE). Hope that helps anyone having issues.

simply i can not register using app. and after registertion using internet browser, i can not log in, saying my password is wrong. i changed password in internet browser, and make it very simple password, still i can't log in. in the app. i used forget my password, waiting for 5 minutes, no email received. i tried to register in the app, again, using different email account, still is not working

Tried to buy a ticket the other the day to get home. NO LUCK!.... the app stated my account was locked. It didnt provide a reason why and the apps help tab didnt list any FAQ concerning this matter. It was cold that day. Windy and cold!! Thank God for the few bucks I did have on me to spare.
