Waiting... Waiting... Waiting... Chatbox opens up. No response. Nada. Zip. Dead air. I keep typing in hopes of logging an issue and/or saving time if the other end comes to life. Is it a bad ap? Is it poor staffing? Is it staffed at all? Maybe the police don't support the concept and refuse to work it? DOES ANYBODY CARE? Based on my experience and other reviews, METRO SURE DOESN'T.

Technically this isn't much of a app, the chat is always off line, and it just opens everything up in a browser, plus the UI is old and blurry
