It is interactive. Please add the total figure on which the annual / yearly interest shall be charged on. Most of the time the members do not know on which figure (amount) is the interest charged on. Me member have to first deduct the years' contribution from previous years aggregate total contributions which is cumbersome computations. If put in the apply we shall be grateful.

The app is good it helps us get quick information about our funds. The only challenge is that there is no room to delete something eg like when one of the dependants died. Need to update our new interest gain s on the system and sending the current statement.

The application is slow and not responsive, it always hangs and has broken logic payments for individual from within the app. Kindly improve or roll back to the previous version. Thank you.

Quite a good app. I managed to get a statement within 24 hours of a request to update personal details. Impressed so far. However, about just one month later, login is Is impossible for me. The app flips close when you attempt opening from the device as well as in the store.

Not possible to effect voluntary payments via mobile money/ airtel money on this app. Voluntary payments do not reflect on the statement until you call for manual intervention.

Most of the time the app keeps on hanging. When we click on anything it will take time to respond. you have to be patient till it responds.
