This app is a big upgrade from the previous app. I love the access to records and test results. I love the messaging capability to get a non urgent message to my daughters Dr's when I have a non urgent question. The ability to see all appointments right here with reminders... This app is awesome.

I cannot change the camera view towards me during appointments. There was no button to switch from rear view to front view so the Dr. Was not able to see me during the app instead she saw the floor the whole time.. I called support and they asked me to use the telehealth app which worked great. No camera issues but they are removing this app soon. Can you at least fix the camera issue in the nemours app?

App works well, but I have to change my font setting to a smaller font to see the full area. Then the font is too small for me to read clearly as I have visual issues.

What the heck? I've had the Nemours app forever and it's telling me I have to update it on Google Play, I go to Google Play there's no update so I uninstall it, reinstall it and it does the same thing, never taking me to the Nemours app. I have an urgent issue for my son and this is a huge inconvenience. *Update: had to call my pediatrician's office and have her send me a link to join the memoirs app and it actually said update so if you need to update you have to get a link sent to you.

Eta: the developed quickly fixed the issue. Thanks so very much! This ap is great when it works. This app always needs an update when I want to use it. Today it tells me to update, but when I attempt to update the store doesn't have one available. I can't use it at all today, and the hospital sent me a message which I obviously can't read. I'm very unhappy with this app at the moment.
