Pure garbage... Well... After being asked by the developer to give more details to why is this app very poorly made, first the authentication process is a painful process, not user friendly at all, very buggy and laggy, it's simply doesn't work properly, for example: searching for an online doctor never comes out with the proper results, I believe this app was not tested before it was given as a service to the public. I don't want to write here the names of the competitors, but look it up.

Thos app gets stuck and doesn't always open. The size of the pages doesn't fit on the phone screen. I have to press buttons where I can't see the writing (behind the keyboard). The screen doesn't work from side to side. Have to scroll across or up and down too much.

Used online doctor appointment - while being a great concept - the implementation is poor. On a relatively modern phone (galaxy s10) the app has frozen at the beginning of the call and the smartphone has frozen as well (which has never happened with any other app). After the phone restart - impossible to join the same appointment.

When it works it's great but it regularly crashes. I find their website to be much much easier to use than their app. It's a shame because in theory it's great but usability is impossible because it crashes.

It's easy to use and search for doctors appointments. I like that you can log in with your finger print instead of a password. There still some bugs with booking a daye and time but usually it works smoothly 👍
